The Greenwich Single Point of Access Children’s Specialist Service supports several Oxleas services by:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all callers
• Managing referrals
• Arranging appointments
• Processing general correspondence
• Producing reports, care plans and letters sent out by the teams
• Collecting health information for the Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) process
• Requesting and chasing up questionnaires and documents required by the teams for various assessments
