The Crisis Line is a 24hr telephone service for residents of Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. The crisis line provides an opportunity to talk to a mental health professional about your mental health crisis 24hrs a day. The service also provides advice and information for carers, family and friends who may know someone experiencing a mental health crisis.
We aim to answer all calls to the Mental Health Crisis Line within 60 seconds and usually answer calls straightaway. If the call isn't answered then there is a facility to leave a message with your name and contact number. The Crisis Line staff will pick up this message and call you back.
You can also contact NHS 111 if you have an urgent physical health problem and you’re not sure what to do. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
