Bromley Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT) provides specialist community health services to local people over the age of 18 with learning disabilities. The team consists of psychologists, community nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists and psychiatrists. A specialist Epilepsy Service for people with learning disabilities is also based here.
The team also run groups like the Good Mood group and the Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) group.
Working closely with the learning disability team, the London Borough of Bromley provides a Care Management service from Queen Mary’s Hospital.

The Adult Learning Disability Services in located in the main hospital building. The clinical unit can either be accessed via the main entrance turning left down the corridor or via the brick entrance opposite the disabled parking bays.
