The Bexley Learning Disability team provides specialist community health services to people over the age of 18 with learning disabilities living in Bexley. Psychologists, community nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, transition team and the consultant psychiatrist are all based here. The team also run various groups like Holistic Lifestyle and Friends and More groups.

The Adult Learning Disability Services in located in the main hospital building. The clinical unit can either be accessed via the main entrance turning left down the corridor or via the brick entrance opposite the disabled parking bays.
