Bexley MSK wins CCG’s mystery shopper award

02 August 2016
The Bexley MSK team had a very unusual client recently - a mystery shopper.

The mystery shopper assessed the service, patient care and communication and was impressed with what they saw. The MSK service is run from Queen Mary's Hospital in Sidcup by Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, in partnership with King's College Hospital.

Stacey Jarrett, service lead and operational manager for Oxleas said:  "This award shows our commitment to delivering quality services to local people, we work hard to deliver the highest standards at all times and it means a lot to be recognised in this way."

Sarah Burchell, clinical director of Oxleas' Adult Community Health Services, said: "The service consistently receives positive feedback from patients and I am delighted the team has been recognised in this way."

Keith Soper, Service Director, Oxleas, said: "To be rated as the best Bexley health service through the CCG's mystery shopper programme is a fantastic achievement. Since we took on the service in 2014 the team has put tremendous effort into improving access, experience and outcomes for patients. This award recognises the commitment and hard work of every staff member."
