Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is a service we offer at Queen Mary's run by several NHS organisations. We have a dedicated PALS service to help people using all of the services at the hospital. This is managed by Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust.

PALS is a free, confidential service helping patients, families and carers to deal with concerns about treatment and care at Queen Mary’s.
