Interior designer Boex, who specialise in carrying out workshops with service users, helped develop the interesting and engaging, child-friendly theme.

Boex held workshops with children who use the services and clinicians to develop an artwork theme. The workshop encouraged the children to find ways of weaving nature inspired graphics and objects through the design of the waiting areas and linking the corridors.

Using leaf imagery to inspire, the children worked on large strips of paper to create ‘leaf-scapes’ through mark-making. The artwork and decorations are also included on the signage.
