London Borough of Bexley
London Borough of Bexley provides the full range of Council services to a population of more than a quarter of a million people living in diverse communities that include the towns of Bexleyheath, Crayford, Erith, Sidcup and Welling.
Since April 2013, the Council has also been responsible for helping to improve the health of local residents.
The borough is known for its more than 1,500 acres of green spaces and award-winning parks, as well as popular heritage attractions such as Danson House and William Morris’ Red House.
Bexley has among the lowest crime levels of any London borough. Thanks to the support of its residents, it is also London’s number one borough for recycling.
In summer 2014 all the Council’s office-based staff will be moving into the former Woolwich building on Watling Street in Bexleyheath.
