Services at Queen Mary's Hospital are run by several NHS organisations. We have a dedicated Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) to help people using all of the services at the hospital. This is managed by Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust.
PALS is a free, confidential service helping patients, families and carers to deal with concerns about treatment and care at Queen Mary’s. By telling us your concerns you can help us improve services at the hospital.
