How to refer:

Ophthalmology Outpatients: referrals can be made via NHS e-Referral or by email: kch-tr.qms-referrals@nhs.net

Eye Casualty Department: walk-in service with referral letter from GP, optician or other healthcare provider only.

8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Eye Casualty Department:
8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday
9am - 4pm, weekends
