Road closure at Queen Mary's Hospital

21 October 2015

A section of road has been closed at Queen Mary's Hospital.

Engineers are working on pipework and, for safety reasons, have had to close the road from the exit of car park 3 (outside B block) to the roundabout on Frognall Place.

Repair work could take up to a week.

Patients and visitors can still drive into the site but will need to follow diversion signs as the normal route is affected. Emergency vehicles will still have full access if required.

Bus access to the site is affected but they will still be able to drop off at the main entrance bus stop as usual.

All appointments will be held as usual.

Site owned and managed by Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust became the owners of Queen Mary's Hospital on 1 October 2013. Oxleas continues to provide services at the hospital and run the estate for the other NHS organisations providing services there.
